I have walked this Earth for over one thousand years...
I realize that, for some, one thousand years is not a long time. However, thanks to my dear mother, I have spent that time running with my family. We have run from our father, from others who would hunt my kind. We carry this curse, and no matter how much we wish for love, or peace, it is impossible.
However, I remain the eternal optimist, seeking redemption for my brother, and joy for my sister.
As for myself, I seek order, and perhaps love.
We shall see.
